Aaron Ramsey is reminding potential suitors of what he has to offer thanks to his impressive performances for Wales during Euro 2020.

The Juventus midfielder has helped his country into the last-16 of the tournament and a fascinating encounter with Denmark awaits on Saturday evening.

Wales’ last match in Group A at the European Championships was against Italy in Rome and according to the Italian press, it could be Ramsey’s last match on Italian soil for some time.

Ramsey’s future has been a matter of debate for some time and, according to calciomercato.com, the 30-year-old has his heart set on a return to Arsenal this summer.

The Italian site claims that contact has been made between the Gunners and Ramsey and negotiations are ongoing in regard to a deal. However, the report concludes that currently, the two parties are some way from an agreement due to the salary Ramsey is receiving from Juventus.

The Italian club are also not minded to let Ramsey leave on a free transfer and would require a fee to secure his services or a loan deal with Arsenal to take on the bulk of his hefty wage packet.

Juventus are believed to be open to a part-exchange deal with Arsenal if promising young striker Florian Balogun is included in the deal.

Ramsey has made just 31 appearances across all competitions for Juventus after suffering a number of injuries during his two years in Turin, scoring only six goals in the process.

football.london understands that despite these rumours linking Ramsey with a return to the Emirates, a return to Arsenal is currently not on the cards for the Juventus midfeilder.

West Ham and Crsytal Palace have both previously been linked with the Welshman but, as with Arsenal, the stumbling block is currently the high salary Ramsey is expected to demand.
