Alexandre Lacazette goes wild after finally completing his first Arsenal mission

Alexandre Lacazette has finally completed part one of his mission at Arsenal during the international break.

Following last Wednesday’s training session at London Colney, the Frenchman took to social media and revealed that he is owed money by no less than four of his first-team teammates.

The players in question are Pablo Mari, Reiss Nelson, Bukayo Saka, and Eddie Nketiah – although the latter is currently away on England Under-21 duty, so Lacazette may have to wait a few more days to receive his payment.

There’s still no indication as to what this is in reference to, but it made for hilarious viewing on Lacazette ‘s Instagram stories.

But as recently as last Friday, Lacazette was still owed money by Mari and Nelson.

As spotted in Arsenal‘s ‘Behind the scenes at training’ video uploaded to YouTube, the striker could be seen joking around with the aforementioned duo as they walked out onto the pitches.

However, after spotting the cameras, Lacazette let Mari and Nelson walk ahead of him as he had a simple six-word message for his teammates.

“Pablo and Reiss owe me money,” he said at around the 0.26-minute mark before sprinting off to catch up with the pair.

Well, it would appear that Nelson got the message loud and clear.

As seen in the images above, Lacazette can be seen going wild with cash in hand in the changing room after a training session after Nelson had finally paid up.

In the video which can be viewed on the Arsenal Reddit page, Lacazette can be heard shouting “£50” and “thank you Reiss”.

With that said, it seems Lacazette still has to collect his money from Pablo Mari, Saka, and Nketiah.

However, they all seemed to have brushed off the Frenchman’s request last week and it remains to be seen if any follow the example set by Nelson in the coming days.

But given how Lacazette constantly kept reminding Nelson of the debt he had to pay, it is unlikely that he will be letting this matter drop any time soon.
