Odegaard reveals conditions for possible Gunners stay

Speculation continues to mount over the future of Arsenal’s Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard and where he will be playing his football next season.

The recently appointed Norway captain has impressed since his temporary switch to the Emirates in January, with the Gunners keen to make the move permanent long-term.

As it stands, Arsenal are yet to make a move and the current agreement will conclude at the end of season as planned.

However, this situation could of course change and the 22-year-old has been speaking about his future and revealed the factors that will inform his decision.

“My future at Arsenal? The deal with Arsenal is until the end of season,” he said at a Norway press conference. “We’ll see what happens this summer.

“I’ve said things before that I still stand for: stability and development are key words.”

Gunners boss hints at next managerial move

Mikel Arteta has hinted that may already have his eye on a move away from the Emirates.

The former Gunners captain who also played for Paris Saint Germain, has admitted his still has ‘love’ for the French capital and the club itself but remains committed to Arsenal for now.

“I love Paris, I love Paris. I have very good memories from over there,” Arteta told BeIN Sports France, as per Get Football News France . “It was my first club as a professional.

“The club is always in my heart.

“You never know but I have a lot of work to do (here at Arsenal).”
