Mikel Arteta is set to face the press ahead of Arsenal’s Europa League Round of 16 second leg against Olympiacos at the Emriates on Thursday night.
The Gunners go into the game leading 3-1 from the first leg in Athens, knowing that the Greek Champions will need a three goal swing if they are to knock them out of the competition for a second consecutive season.
Spirits are high within the the camp after an impressive victory over Tottenham in the North London Derby, but it wouldn’t be Arsenal if there wasn’t some sort of controversy going on around the club.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was left out of the side to face Spurs due to “disciplinary” issues, and we’ll be expecting to hear a little more from Arteta on that front with the Gabon striker expected to start on Thursday.
There is also an injury concern over Bukayo Saka who came off at half time on Sunday due to a hamstring problem he had sustained.
