Mikel Arteta is set to face the press ahead of Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Leicester at the King Power Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.
The Gunners go into the game off the back of an eight match unbeaten run that has not seen them lose since August. It’s quite the turnaround from after the first three games of the season where they found themselves bottom of the league having failed to score a goal.
Arsenal were also able to secure their passage into the quarter finals of the Carabao Cup with a midweek victory over Leeds at the Emirates courtesy of goals from Calum Chambers and Eddie Nketiah.
The game did not come without its problems though as both Ben White and Rob Holding were forced to come off ahead of schedule.
This only adds to the Gunners’ mounting absentee list which could potentially include Kieran Tierney, Martin Odegaard and Pablo Mari after the trio were unable to make Tuesday’s victory.
Arteta will want his strongest side available for a tough trip up to the King Power though where they face European rivals Leicester City.
