Arsenal vs West Brom live: Kick-off time, team news and stream details

Arsenal are set to host West Brom in the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners go into the game still reeling from the crushing disappointment of having been knocked out of the Europa League at the semi final stage by Villarreal on Thursday.

The tepid nature of the display has increased pressure on manager Mikel Arteta, while fans are still furious with owners Stan and Josh Kroenke, with protests against the American owners planned before today’s match.

Speaking ahead of the game Arteta admitted that he shared the supporters anger, and said the onus was now on his team to turn their mood around.

“We are the ones that have to give them something to cheer about,” he told the press. “I don’t think it’s time to demand anything from them.

“If anything, just support the players. If you do that, they will value that, they will be better, they will play better and we will achieve better things, but I think it’s our moment now towards them.”

Arsenal currently sit 10th in the league table, seven points off a European place with just four games to go, meaning that they ostensibly have very little to play for, but they will be hoping to build some vague momentum ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

You can follow all the action live from the Emirates with football.london ‘s Gunners writers Kaya Kaynak and Chris Wheatley as they seek to do just that.
