West Ham are continuing their preparations for the new campaign with a trip to newly promoted Brentford on Saturday afternoon.
Thomas Frank’s Bees are preparing for their first season in the top-flight since 1947, having secured promotion via the Championship play-offs in May.
Brentford have played four matches as part of their pre-season preparations winning three and drawing one as they plan for their inaugural Premier League campaign.
Last time out the Bees drew 2-2 with Manchester United after twice coming from behind at Old Trafford.
West Ham’s preparations have gone equally smoothly with two draws and three victories, the most recent of which was an impressive 6-2 hammering of Celtic.
The venue for the friendly is the Brentford Community Stadium with a crowd in excess of 10,000 expected at the Bees new home, including hundreds of Hammers fans.
