Patrick Vieira will speak to the media this afternoon as he prepares for his Crystal Palace side to take on Stoke City in the FA Cup fifth round.
The Eagles were last in action on Saturday as they drew 1-1 in the Premier League with Burnley, while Michael O’Neil’s side suffered a late 2-1 defeat away at Bournemouth in the Championship.
The Potters are 15th in the second-tier and sit 10 points off the remaining play-off place with 13 games of the season remaining. Their journey to the fifth round has seen them beat League Two’s Leyton Orient 2-0 in the third round before overcoming League One side Wigan Athletic by the same scoreline in the fourth round.
Palace beat Millwall – who currently sit four places above Stoke in the Championship – in the third round at the Den and then came past League Two Hartlepool United at Selhurst Park in the fourth round.
Vieira has already expressed his desire for Palace to have a good run in the FA Cup this season and is expected to name a strong line-up for Tuesday’s game.
