Arsenal have been told the asking price that it would take to bring Real Betis midfielder Guido Rodriguez to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
The Gunners are on the hunt for a central midfielder in the summer transfer window, and have been linked with the Real Betis man in the past.
Mikel Arteta’s men are also rumoured to be considering Udinese’s Rodrigo de Paul, with current Arsenal trio Granit Xhaka, Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira all looking likely to depart north London this summer.
football.london understands that the Swiss has agreed a five-year deal with AS Roma, with the Italian giants agreeing to a deal around £16million.
Meanwhile, Guendouzi is being eyed by Olympique Marseille and Torreira is not expected to return to the Emirates Stadium after his loan spell at Atletico Madrid came to an end.
The Gunners have now been told how much it would take to convince Betis to sell midfielder Rodriguez this summer.
According to Spanish outlet La Razon, the Argentine is valued at £25.7m (€30m) and his club would accept an offer in that region.
He does have a £68.6m (€80m) release clause included in his current contract, as is standard in Spanish football, but it is highly unlikely that the Andalusian outfit would be inclined to hold out for such an amount.
The summer window is officially open, and it’s going to be tough to keep up with the comings and goings in and out of the Emirates.

Ten-time Argentina international Rodriguez still has three years left to run on his current deal at the Benito Villamarín Stadium.
He is fresh off the back of a season where he missed just three league games as Betis secured a sixth-placed finish in La Liga and a place in next season’s UEFA Europa League.
Arsenal have also been linked with Rodriguez’s teammate Nabil Fekir on a host of occasions.
