It seems like we say this every year, but this season promises to be a huge one for Arsenal.
The Gunners are looking to bounce back after failing to qualify for European competition for the first time in 25 years last campaign and have already begun their preparations for 2021/22 at London Colney.
Mikel Arteta‘s side travel up to Scotland next week for their first pre-season fixtures against Hibernian and Rangers before flying out to America to play Inter Milan and one of Everton or Millonarios in the Florida Cup.
They then return to London for derbies against Chelsea and Spurs in the Mind Series before kicking off their Premier League campaign against newly promoted Brentford at the Brentford Community Stadium on August 13th.
Latest signing Nuno Tavares will be part of the camp for these warm up matches and is set to be joined by a host of new arrivals that could include the likes of Albert Sambi Lokonga and Ben White as Edu seeks to overhaul the Arsenal squad.
Any fresh faces will have to settle in quickly though as the Gunners have been handed a tough start to the season that sees them play Chelsea, Manchester City and Spurs within their first six league games.
