Chelsea fans have been left convinced that Antonio Rudiger is set for the Stamford Bridge exit door after fresh links to Leicester defender Wesley Fofana.
Germany international Rudiger sees his current Stamford Bridge contract expire at the end of the season, with no agreement forthcoming at the time of writing.
It has been claimed that Rudiger has been left somewhat disgruntled over the Blues’ latest offer of a renewal. Should fresh terms not be agreed upon, then the former AS Roma man will be free to leave west London on a free transfer.
His exit would certainly be disappointing for the Blues after Rudiger has established himself as a key player under Thomas Tuchel following his arrival in January.

Despite that, Chelsea already appear to be putting succession planning into place, with claims from Foot Mercato suggesting that the Blues have made contact with Leicester man Wesley Fofana over a move to Stamford Bridge.
It remains to be seen whether the Blues will be able to secure a deal for the promising young Frenchman but the initial links have left supporters convinced that Rudiger has already decided to move on.
They took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Fofana has caught the eye with his performances for Leicester following a £30million move from Saint Etienne last summer. He has also reportedly caught the eye of Manchester United as a result of his impressive displays.
Meanwhile, Chelsea man Rudiger is not expected to be short of suitors in the future, either.
He has already been linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, with the defender already closing in on the final six months of his Chelsea contract.
