It’s Sadio Mane against Mohamed Salah to decide the Africa Cup of Nations final as Senegal square off with Egypt on Sunday for the trophy. Mane’s Senegal have gotten here on the strength of their strong goalscoring as only Cameroon scored more goals during the tournament. Egypt have only scored four goals in their six games but their strong defense has only allowed two. Also, if this match comes down to penalties Egypt has shootout experience, but Senegal has Edouard Mendy in net to give them a great chance.

Here’s are storylines, how you can watch the match and more:

Storylines

Senegal: Sadio Mane may be Senegal’s most dangerous attacker, scoring three goals and assisting two more, but he has had some help from Ahmadou Bamba Dieng, who is the only other scorer on the team with multiple goals. Playing his club soccer for Olympique Marseille, Deing has scored four goals in Ligue 1 and could be a key figure for Senegal as the Egypt defense keys in on Mane. Senegal have also only allowed two goals during the tournament so their defense will be up to the task of stopping Salah.

Egypt: While Salah has struggled to score during AFCON so far, he has put half of Egypt’s goals into the back of the net. A player who is always ready for the big stage, Salah will drive the Egypt attack to perform but they’ll need another defensive masterclass to stop Senegal. This is something that they’re prepared for after stopping competition top scorers Cameroon in the semi-finals due to a great team effort.

Prediction

Goals will be at a premium but Salah will get the job done for Egypt, strengthening his Ballon d’Or case.  Pick: Egypt 1, Senegal 0
