Dusan Vlahovic is expected to meet with his agent on Tuesday morning to discuss his future at Fiorentina.
The Serbian has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, but Atletico Madrid are now reported to be favourites to sign him this summer.
According to Football Italia, Vlahovic’s representative Darko Ristic will have a series of encounters in Milan to discuss a potential contract renewal, as well as proposals from other clubs.
His 21 goals in 40 appearances for the Florence-based club last term has caught the attention of some of Europe’s elite sides, including the Spanish champions.
However, Nuno Espirito Santo would still like to add to his attacking options despite admitting that Harry Kane isn’t for sale, with Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez and Vlahovic among the forwards linked with Spurs.
Reports in Italy have maintained that if anyone is going to prise Vlahovic away from the Viola, then it’s likely to be Atletico, as they have come closest to the €70 million asking price.
Inter are also monitoring the situation, but due to their financial crisis, that deal seems unlikely to happen.
Although Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso is determined to keep hold of the Serbian, Vlahovic cost just €2 million to sign from Partizan Belgrade back in 2018, so any deal near their asking price would surely be too good to turn down.
Vlahovic most recently featured in a Fiorentina shirt during their pre-season friendly against Espanyol, as he helped his side to a 4-2 penalty shoot-out win.

Should he pen a new contract, his release clause is expected to be around €60-€70 million and could tempt Fiorentina to sell, giving Tottenham the opportunity to open a first bid.
Lautaro Martinez has previously been linked with a switch to north London but Romelu Lukaku’s move to Chelsea might put off Inter Milan from selling both of their star strikers.
This could then mean that Spurs could turn their attention to Vlahovic, who has just under a year left on his current contract with Fiorentina.
